My Goals

Pre-Launch Goals

• Form an intercession group of 10 to 20 strong believers
• Gather a core group of 20-50 adults
• Rent adequate space for Sunday Service: Adults, children, nursery
• Raise $ 80,000-100,000 from internal and external sources by end of 2009
• Pay all pre-launch expenses before launch (no debt/deficit carried forward)

Launch Goal: Attendance of 200 at launch service

Post Launch Goals (1 year after launch)

• Average attendance of 350 at one year anniversary of launch
• Membership of 150 at one year anniversary
• Reach 50 adults for Christ
• Establish small groups for prayer, accountability, and discipleship
• Establish a service for worship and Bible teaching
